Our events calendar for 2014 is filling up quickly with product workshops that will have you eagerly awaiting the release of our latest innovative resources.
This year it’ll be easy for you to find out about Jacaranda events through our dedicated events portal. All our forthcoming events will be listed nice and early so you can peruse those of interest in your state and book in easily. This improved event registration process will provide you with an email confirmation instantly, and a PDF barcode to print and bring with you on the day. As always we have our friendly Sales Coordinator on standby, ready to answer any event queries or assist with your registration. And please feel free to attend as many events as you like!

Teachers of Years 7 Mathematics will be excited to know that SpyClass is about hit virtual bookshelves! You may recall from last year that SpyClass is an exciting online game that combines comic book-style art with problem-based learning, perfectly aligned to our Maths Quest series. Can’t wait to play? For the first time ever, Jacaranda shop is getting behind some international talent to enable you to gain insight into the latest digital learning environments. We’re very excited to have renowned educational researcher, Sugata Mitra coming to Melbourne for one event following his Master Class presentation at EduTech in Brisbane.
Professor Sugata Mitra was the 2013 TED Prize Winner for cloud education. This special event will be held on the afternoon of Friday 6th June, so put it in your diaries now.
The venue has just been confirmed as Leonda By The Yarra in Hawthorn, which is a gorgeous venue, with ample parking. Tickets will be on sale soon, however you can register now for VIP pre-release notification.

Many of you may have heard the rumours, and yes, they’re true! This year we’re launching a VCE Bundle to complement our $100 Bundle for Years 7-10. Jacaranda’s VCE Bundle is a package or our latest eBooks for fifteen subjects and … wait for it … is also only $100! Without wanting to give too much away, this year is set to be ground-breaking for Jacaranda. We have a revolutionary new digital resource launching. This product has been developed in conjunction with an international digital development company, specialising in online learning. The product of 2014 to watch out for is learnON, which will be available for Year 7 and 8 Mathematics, Science, History, Geography and English.
